By accessing and using TurnPass ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
TurnPass provides queue management and appointment scheduling software solutions for businesses. Our platform includes features such as virtual queuing, appointment booking, analytics, and customer communication tools.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your account password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Maintaining the security of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

Subscription and Payment
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss refund requests.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TurnPass and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
User Data and Privacy

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

In no event shall TurnPass, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express, implied, or statutory.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
